✅ Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

The order was not delivered.
The order was cancelled by the restaurant or by Vlocal4u.
Wrong item(s) delivered or major order mismatch.
Food delivered was spoiled, contaminated, or unsafe to consume.
Significant delay beyond the promised delivery time (subject to review).
🛒 For Grocery Orders:
Product(s) delivered were expired, damaged, or defective.
Item(s) missing from the delivery.
Incorrect product(s) delivered.
Quantity or weight was less than ordered.
Order cancelled by the store or due to unavailability of item(s).
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Order cancelled by customer after preparation or dispatch.
Minor delays in delivery caused by traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
Customer not available at the provided address at time of delivery.
Incorrect address or contact details provided at the time of ordering.
Change of mind after placing the order.
